We’ll explore seasonal nutrition through the language and principles of Ayurveda, and look at how to cultivate dynamic balance based on the season, your unique constitution, and your current state of health.

We’ll explore tantric approaches to meditation, as brilliant and powerful techniques for inhabiting your inner body, working with your mind, and expanding your breath, so that you can expand your consciousness.
Yin Yoga for Fall
In the Five Elements Chinese system, Fall is governed by the element of Metal, and is associated with the lungs, heart and large intestine. Our Fall Yin practices will focus on poses, breath work and meditation that nourish these organs systems.
Restorative Yoga for Fall will focus on practices for calming, and toning your nervous system, and processes for turning inwards; resting and restoring your physical health, building immunity and reconnecting with what truly sustains you.
Yoga nidra is an immensely powerful meditation technique that takes you through the five layers of self, leaving you with a sense of wholeness. Yoga nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation, calming your nervous system, and leading to less stress and better health.

I have just completed the Fall Yoga Immersion at The Haven with Kelly and it was the most wonderful experience. I went seeking to explore a deeper path into my body and to living from my heart and this program came at the right time in the right place and with the most wonderful people. The content of this course is impressive. The work was so comprehensive not only encompassing mind body and soul but enabling us to leave at the end with hugely practical and achievable ideas and inspiration for daily practises aligning ourselves to our most truest self and intention and connecting both inner and outer worlds. Kelly is an intuitive and superb teacher, guide and support with a wealth and depth of knowledge and I felt truly held throughout. A beautiful experience I can most highly recommend."
