We’ll explore Ayurvedic guidelines for seasonal cleansing, as a way to release residual Pitta imbalances from the summer, and address any Vata imbalances that are accumulating. A fall cleanse is a simple way to reset your entire system by removing toxins and strengthening digestion.

In the Five Elements Chinese system, Fall is governed by the element of Metal, and is associated with the lungs, heart and large intestine. Our Fall Yin practices will focus on poses, breath work and meditation that nourish these organs systems.
