This therapeutic, community offers refuge and a holistic framework for healing trauma, integrating evidence-based practices and support to reclaim your embodied sense of safety, connection, agency and resilience.

Designed for individuals seeking a supportive, embodied path to recovery, this space invites you to reconnect with your body, regulate and rewire your nervous system, and learn practical tools for self-awareness, relational healing, and growth.

Each season, we’ll explore different aspects of recovery through focused learning, sharing and experiential practice sessions.

This live group session offers a seasonal pause to slow down and listen inward, creating space to reflect on what truly matters and clarify the deeper longings shaping your life. Rooted in yogic teachings on dharma, we’ll explore our relationship to discernment, action, and the unfolding of our own unique path (svadharma).

Through dharma teachings, guided meditation, and reflective journaling, this experiential session invites an exploration of dharma as a lived practice—one that supports clear, purposeful choices in all areas of your life.

We’ll look at how honouring seasonal cycles through diet, movement, and daily lifestyle habits can become a meaningful form of self-care—and a long-term investment in your resilience, health, and vitality.

Embodied Self Leadership

Drawing on yoga and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), in this live group session you’ll explore your relationship to Self energy—the calm, compassionate centre within—and learn how strengthening this inner leadership supports trauma recovery.

Trauma can leave us responding from survival patterns rather than choice; Self-Leadership helps restore a sense of internal safety, agency, and nervous system regulation. As you learn to recognize and trust this steady inner presence, clarity and steadiness become more accessible. Decisions feel less driven by fear or reactivity, supporting greater inner harmony, connection, creativity, and healing.
