Reclaiming Agency & Play

In yoga, the spirit of divine play invites us to soften the drive for perfection and embrace curiousity. In this workshop, you’ll be invited to release judgment, rigidity and expectation, approaching your practice as an unfolding improvisation rooted in santosha (contentment).

Through open-ended, spontaneous movement, breath-work, mantra, and visualization, you’ll reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms while cultivating awareness of prāṇa, your vital life force. In a trauma-sensitive space that honours choice, pacing, and nervous system awareness, you’ll be invited to explore a felt sense of presence, agency, and how playful engagement can support resilience—both on and off the mat.

Anger, Boundaries + Liberation

This workshop offers a mindful, embodied exploration of anger as an intelligent and protective emotion, one that carries important information about our needs, values, and boundaries. Rather than suppressing or discharging anger, we approach it as a sacred teacher that invites attention and care.

Together, we explore how anger can support clearer, more compassionate boundaries in relationship with ourselves and others. Integrating somatic awareness with contemplative practice, this workshop cultivates the capacity to respond with intention and express truth with integrity. Rooted in a holistic, relational approach, this offering honours anger as a pathway to self-respect, agency, and authentic connection.

Re-Storying: Owning Our Power

Re-storying invites us to question the narratives we’ve inherited about who we are, stories shaped by culture, power, and lived experience, and to reclaim authorship of our lives. Drawing from narrative therapy, decolonial, and social justice perspectives, this workshop explores how identity can be re-authored by making space for what has been silenced and choosing more expansive, self-determined stories.

Through guided reflection and creative writing, participants reconnect with voice, imagination, and agency. Grounded in therapeutic and artistic practice, this space centres curiousity and dignity, supporting you to embody personal and collective resilience as you re-imagine and reclaim your story.
