About the Cleanse

This guided seasonal cleanse is a gentle, balanced program to support your seasonal rhythm and facilitate deep rest and rejuvenation. It offers a nourishing, simplified seasonal diet to gently detoxify your body, seasonal yoga and Ayurvedic cleansing and lifestyle practices that promote healthy rhythms and routines, bringing a sense of harmony, naturally balancing your nervous system and restoring your energy and immunity.

A seasonal cleanse strengthens your digestion and maximizes your body’s innate intelligence, its natural ability to return to homeostasis and heal. This means you will be better equipped to manage stress, fend off illnesses and maintain optimal health.

Embracing a seasonal cleanse in the fall is a grounding and centring practice and a strategic and timely preventative measure to ensure good health for the upcoming winter season.

This guided group cleanse follows an Ayurvedic structure including; a preparation phase, an active cleansing phase, and a rest/reintegration phase.

Days 1 & 2: Preparation [ Oct 26 & 27th ]

Simplify your diet and lifestyle. Set your intention.

Days 3 – 7: Active Cleansing [ Oct 28 – Nov 1 ]

Maintain seasonal diet and lifestyle practices for cleansing and detoxification.

Days 8, 9 & 10: Rest & Reintegration [ Nov 2, 3 & 4 ]

Rest, rejuvenate and orient to optimal seasonal balance.

FAQs

WHAT ARE THE COURSE DATES?

The program will run from Oct 26 – Nov 4, 2020. Each zoom call will include a 90m live online session that includes a presentation, and an opportunity for Q&A. You’ll also receive ongoing support and guidance via email and through a private group forum throughout the course,

WHEN WILL THE LIVE SESSIONS BE HELD?

Live Sessions with Kelly will be held on Fri Oct 28th, Mon Oct 30th, Thurs Nov 3rd & Mon Nov 6th from 11am – 1230pm via Zoom. In case you are unable to attend sessions live you’ll also receive a recording by email that you can access for 7 days after the call.

WHAT IF I HAVE OTHER COMMITMENTS DURING THE COURSE?

All live zoom sessions will be recorded, and sent to you by email. You will have access to these recordings for 14 days after each live call

Downloadable Worksheets; incl. suggested actions & reflection will be sent to you by email.

WHAT MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

A strong wifi connection and a yoga mat. If you have additional yoga props available they can greatly enhance your yoga and meditation practices. For example ; a bolster, a meditation cushion, a medium sized bath towel, a soft blanket, an eye pillow/scarf.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE COURSE, AND IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?

The investment for the Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse is one payment of $180. Payments can be made via etransfer.or via the online store at kellypriceyoga.ca

IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?

Simply contact me before Oct 21st, and I’ll happily refund you in full.
